2006 Homeowners Association Annual Dues - $210.00 This payment process can only be used to pay either half of the HOA Dues or the entire full amount of the Annual Dues on or by February 28, 2006. If you have paid your dues and need to pay late fee's, you MUST contact Ardsley Management directly and pay those late fee's through the mail. A $6.39 processing fee will be added to your charges as a PayPal processing fee for full payment transactions. A $3.35 processing fell will be added to your charges a a PayPal processing fee for each half payment transaction. A late fee of ten percent of your total Annual Due's will be automaticaly applied if your payment is paid after 12 midnight ET on February 28, 2006 in accordance with Section 11.6 of the CC&R's. An additional late charge of one and three fourths percent will be added each month there after. Section 11.6 Failure of owner to pay Assessments. Each owner shall be personally liable for the payment of all Regular and Special Assessments. If any owner shall fail, refuse or neglect to pay any Regular Assessment or Special Assessment when due, a late charge of ten percent of the unpaid assessment shall be added to the balance owed, plus interest of one and three fourths percent per month begining thirty days after the date due. |
